Who we are…
Burns White’s Wilmington Healthcare Litigation practice focuses on nursing homes, assisted living, and medical malpractice defense matters. It’s true that our work can be demanding at times – but it is rewarding and challenging. There is tremendous opportunity for team members at all levels to do substantive work and manage their own cases. We are one of ten offices across Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, West Virginia, and Tampa. We offer the casual environment and flexibility of a small office, but enjoy the extensive resources and support systems of a larger firm.
